General Orders
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, this means that if you order Monday it may not ship until Wednesday. Shipping time may vary on where you live, so please plan for a 2-5 day shipping time - although we do try to process and ship daily. Rush Shipping is available for when you need your order faster than the normal time outlined. *Please remember that UPS dose not deliver on Saturday.
Rush Shipping
We offer many options of rush shipping so you can get your Portopong faster.. Next day shipping processes and ships in 24hrs, so if you order Monday it will ship Tuesday and you will receive it on Wednesday. Second and third day shipping is available as well. Order Confirmation
All orders are processed using Paypal - YOU DO NOT need to have paypal for an order to go through, it acts as our merchant. You can still use the checkout system with out logging into paypal. Once an order is received by us you will receive a confirmation of your purchase from Paypal via email. Once the order is processed you will then recveive a shipping notification email containing your tracking number - please look for these confirmations in your inbox or spam folder.

from time of purchase. Defects due to manufacturing or failure are covered
under this 10-day warranty. The warranty does not include superficial damage or
any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product
as intended by the manufacturer.
